Downtown Rome Tour
Enjoy a pleasant stroll through Downtown Rome’s most famous attractions.
You’ll start the Downtown Rome tour from the famous Piazza Venezia and its imposing Vittoriano, the monument to king Victor Emmanuel and symbol of Italy’s unification. Then, we’ll climb Capitoline Hill where you will see the square designed by Michelangelo and enjoy a beautiful view of the Roman Forum.
This tour is designed for those who want to get the most out of their time in Rome and hit all of the main attractions in central Rome. As a matter of fact, we’ll stop to admire the Trevi Fountain, the most popular of Rome’s fountains, to toss a coin in order to come back to Rome.
This Downtown Rome tour also includes a visit to some churches, such as the Church of Saint Ignatius. This church is famous for its illusionistic dome and ceiling painted at the end of the 1600s. On the way, we will stop at Piazza di Pietra where you will be able to look at the remains of the temple built for the emperor Hadrian, now incorporated in the modern Chamber of Commerce.
On this tour will stop to visit to the Pantheon, the best-preserved of all Roman temples, with its amazing concrete dome, still standing after almost 2,000 years.

We’ll then continue our walk through the cobbled streets toward the Piazza Navona, a former stadium from ancient Roman times, followed by a visit to the Piazza Campo dei Fiori to complete the excursion.
